Job Description 

We are looking for a candidate who wants to continue their career in HRM and administration. The candidate will be providing support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. We envision that to be a good match, one must be organized, have good communication skills, be able to multitask and keep track of several administrative and HR operations, and be able to complete tasks in a timely manner.  

The selected candidate will report to the Founding & Managing Partner and associates to manage our HRM and administrative activities. 

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Assist Business Associate in Human Resource Management (HRM) related duties  
  • Provide assistance in HRM record keeping & monthly payroll processing  
  • Provide administrative support for procurement and logistics  
  • Maintain and compile organizational records for administrative and other relevant areas  
  • Manage petty cash and coordination with account team for payments 
  • Handle office phone calls 
  • Other tasks as assigned 


  • Bachelor's degree in Management  
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English 
  • Persistence, flexibility and a knack for building rapport quickly 
  • Ability to collaborate in a team and foster an inclusive atmosphere   
  • Self-motivated with ability to work under limited guidance 
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office 


Preference (Preferable) 

  • Specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM) 
  • Prior experience of using MS365/Microsoft Teams 
  • A two-wheeler driving license
