Job Description

We are looking for someone who is interested in operational management and building processes to improve the overall performance of the company. The candidate is also expected to coordinate with all team members to ensure timely execution of assignments. Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage operational, financial and administrative functions as part of overall management 
  • Contribute to review and update business processes, policies and other management documents
  • Draft proposals in close collaboration with partners and associates
  • Prepare, track and analyze budgets 
  • Coordinate among clients and team members for assignments and internal business processes 
  • Other tasks as assigned when required


  • Bachelor’s Degree (Management, Business or Economics) with 1 to 2 years of work experience
  • Good command of English (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated, collaborative and ability to work under limited guidance
  • Persistence, flexibility and with a knack for quickly building rapport 
  • Enjoy working with diverse teams and individuals
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and other productivity tools

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience of using MS365/Microsoft Teams
  • Knowledge of a variety of industries
